Through a structured examination and analysis of any text, whether written or visual, the narrativity of the work can be analyzed and evaluated. From Gérard Genette's perspective, "theme" refers to the type of discourse employed by the narrator, while "tone" pertains to the narrator's attitude or emotional quality in the narrative. The "theme" determines the direction of the "tone." , in its novel approach to the tension between tradition and modernity, resulting in a new form of art, and secondly, in its reference to Iranian-Islamic visual, religious, and architectural traditions to establish a unique conceptual and practical framework. This research aims to analyze the works of Saqqakhaneh artists from the perspective of Gérard Genette's "theme" and "tone," using a descriptive-analytical method and a comparative approach, with narratology as the foundational theory. It appears that the works of Saqqakhaneh artists exhibit a lack of alignment and coherence in "theme" and "tone." Conducted through a descriptive-analytical method and a comparative approach, based on library and documentary sources, this study seeks to answer the question: How can "theme" and "tone," from Genette's perspective, be explained in the works of Saqqakhaneh artists? The findings indicate that while the works of Saqqakhaneh artists share a common "theme" aligned with Iranian-Islamic identity, the "tone" of each artist's work carries a distinct and personal quality.
